NAIL SERVICE POLICY
►All sales & services are final non-refundable non-exchange after the service is completed. Please notify us right away if there is anything you do not like during the service (s). We will correct them to your satisfaction/requirement right at our nail store.
►Regular nail polish services do not last long, it will chip and come off easily, especially on the finger nails which we are not guaranteed.
►If you are not satisfied with our services such as artificial nails or shellac gel color chip off…. please call us and let us know within 48 hours. We are willing and more than happy to arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service. After 5 days, there will be a repair fee.
►We are unable to remove your ingrown toenail (s) because we are not a doctor or ingrown toenail specialist. We are not responsible for any issues with infected nails. (Our nail instruments are cleaned by soap then disinfected and sterilized by alcohol 70% and bleach disinfection ( following the bleach disinfection chart Halton Region) after each use. Buffers and files are subject to be discarded after a single use. Disposal liner protection is used for every Pedicure and every Manicure service.)
